 Is a 2250 square foot single story house built in 1961 in a beautiful family oriented neighborhood. It has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, large living room/dining & a large day/TV room. We have central heating and cooling. The house was renovated to current American with Disabilities Act standards in 2008.
